At Peer Genius, we are looking for enthusiastic GCSE and A Level students who want to share their knowledge, experience and encouragement to help other learners build confidence, enjoy learning and achieve their potential.
As a Peer Tutor and Mentor, you will do more than support learning. You will become a positive role model, helping others academically while encouraging confidence, resilience and independence.

We value strong academic ability, but we know that great Peer Tutors and Mentors offer much more than grades alone. Patience, empathy, commitment and the ability to encourage others are equally important.
Many of our Peer Tutors and Mentors have overcome challenges in their own learning journeys. Whether you have developed strategies that helped you succeed, built confidence after setbacks or found ways to overcome difficulties, your experiences could inspire another learner.
Often, the most powerful role model is not the person who found everything easy — it is the person who understands challenges and can show others that success is possible.
